Book release by Tormod Torvanger: Access to the norwegian tonnage tax system

We are glad to announce that the publication «Access to the Norwegian tonnage tax system» by Tormod Torvanger now is available at https://lnkd.in/dMy8xZ5.

This is an analysis of the vessel-related qualification criteria of the Norwegian tonnage tax system in an international perspective, which deals both with the requirements to schemes of this nature applicable under EU/EEA law and the particular requirements of the Norwegian tonnage tax framework. Moreover, the extent to which petroleum-related vessels may benefit under the Norwegian tonnage tax scheme is compared with the extent to which such vessels may benefit under the British, Dutch and Danish tonnage tax schemes respectively.
